About Our Insitute

A Few Words About the SSPI

Dima Hasao, a hilly district of Assam,Area: 4890 Sq. Km, Population: 2.39 lakhs, Density: 49 (2011) 6th Schedule area, governed by an autonomous council called NCHAC. Council has established an institute in the name of a freedom fighter called “Sengya Sambhudhan Phonglo Institute” (SSPI) at Diyungbra.Site is a semi-plain, about 200 Km away from Guwahati, Lanka is nearest Rly St.Partnered with Foundation for Integrated Support and Solution (FISS) for its operations, management and sustainability.

SSPI ITI currently offers four vocational training courses: Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Electrician, Welder, and Fashion Design Technology.

COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant) is a foundational IT course under the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) programs. It is designed to equip students with essential computer skills, including MS Office, internet usage, data entry, and basic programming concepts using languages like HTML, Python, or C.

Fashion Design Technology is a vocational training course offered under the Industrial Training Institute (ITI) programs, focused on equipping students with the creative and technical skills required in the fashion and garment industry.
